Fodmap Lens ("the App") is a free, open-source mobile application. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is used, and what is shared.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are:
The App requests camera permission solely to scan food barcodes. Camera images are processed on your device in real time and are never stored, uploaded, or shared.
Your scan history (products you have scanned and their FODMAP results) is stored locally on your device using an on-device database. This data never leaves your phone. You can clear your history at any time from within the App.
When you scan a barcode, the App sends the barcode number only to the Open Food Facts public API to retrieve product information (name, ingredients, image). No personal data is included in these requests. Open Food Facts has its own privacy policy.
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services.
The App does not knowingly collect any information from children. The App collects no personal information from anyone.
If this policy is updated, the changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Lorsque vous scannez un code-barres, l'Application envoie uniquement le numéro du code-barres à l'API publique Open Food Facts pour récupérer les informations du produit. Aucune donnée personnelle n'est incluse. Open Food Facts dispose de sa propre politique de confidentialité.
L'Application n'intègre aucun service tiers d'analyse, de publicité ou de rapport d'erreurs.

Die App integriert keine Analyse-, Werbe- oder Absturzberichterstattungsdienste von Drittanbietern.
